Audit Notes
The current demo keeps immutable scenario snapshots in memory. The included Prisma schema mirrors the production persistence design for PostgreSQL-backed storage, including the expectation that subjective judgement, evidence references, overrides, and the governing weight rationale are retained alongside model output.
